04 2010 - Innovative now an Authorized Service Provider

Innovative I.T. defines their company’s mission as one that brings client-centric, market-focused, technology-driven solutions to businesses throughout California.

Now, with their comprehensive Managed Servicer Provider (MSP) program, clients have the ability to completely outsource their technology needs (or better equip their in-house I.T.) by providing up to the minute reporting & documentation for their respective networks; data back-ups; ongoing system performance assessments; virus protection, and so much more.

In their effort to be the leading I.T. consulting firm in the Central Valley, Innovative I.T. is excited to introduce this new service, and is confident in its capacity for advancing clients’ business needs and objectives.

 

02 2010 - Regulations Change for 2010 TCAC Projects

In an unprecedented shift, TCAC has removed high-speed internet from their Service Amenities application section and has instead listed it as a Site Amenity. The point value has changed from 5 points to 2 points. In addition, the TCAC application now specifies minimum requirements for the connection speeds to be delivered to tenants.

Innovative I.T. applauds the direction of stronger accountability for high-speed service. But, the section change has raised concern. Many of California’s rural developers have a harder time ensuring quality services to their projects, and high-speed internet was a great way to solve that challenge while still providing a valuable service to their residents.

TCAC staff believe that this shift will encourage more developers to elect to provide high-speed internet since (contrary to the other site amenities in the section i.e. full-scale grocery stores, medical clinics, etc.) it is an amenity within their control. Innovative I.T. is hopeful that this will indeed be the case. 2010 will tell.

 

12 2009 - Innovative I.T. Captures 40% of TCAC Projects

California Low-income housing developers trusted Innovative I.T. with over 40% of TCAC’s 2009 approved High Speed Internet projects.

Innovative I.T. expertly addressed the needs of the developer in terms of budget and compliance, while fulfilling the most pressing demands of tenants in terms of accessibility and quality of service. Finally, Innovative I.T. attends to the needs of property management firms who must oversee and pay for the service. As a result, Innovative I.T. has rapidly become the obvious choice for California developers.

04 2008 - Solution Contract Awarded

Global Premier Development, Inc. chooses Innovative I. T. as its California based technology partner to deliver IP services to multiple dwelling units (MDU) throughout the state.

Global Premier Development, Inc. needed to deliver IP internet services to over 70+ apartment complexes throughout California that are currently in development; and that have been completed. With the complexity of the installations, mandated requirements and geographically dispersed locations - GPD desired a technology partner that could creatively and cost effectively address their initiative.

Leveraging its expertise with ProCurve switching and Mini-DSLAM technologies, Innovative provided a turn-key solution that could uniformly be applied to every site. This not only lowers TCO, but provides enterprise reliability and scalability.



03 2008 - Pavlov Partnership

Pavlov Media, Inc., an east coast based solutions provider, chooses Innovative as a Central Valley services provider.

Needing to provide wireless trouble-shooting and ethernet based services to its Valley clients, Pavlov desired to contract with a Valley based IT consulting firm. Challenges include: wireless testing, spectrum analysis, IP connectivity trouble-shooting, and general MDU I.T. support.

Having demonstrated its proficiency and superior service on a five month probationary review, Innovative was engaged as a preferred solutions provider. Innovative I.T. provides on-call support for various Pavlov client sites, wireless trouble-shooting, and on demand I.T. support.
